Rose Bowl Car Show & Swap Meet Benefiting the Wounded Warriors Project
RG Canning (the folks that mange the big Rose Bowl swap meet 2nd Sunday of every month) are organizing a huge car show and swap meet to benefit the Wounded Warriors Project. They expect over 1,00 cars to show up so it should be quite a show.
The cost of the show if we are pre-registered is $45.00 Per Vehicle Before Sept. 12 2014 / $60.00 Day of Show - (per availability) so I strongly suggest that if you are interested in supporting this event and the Wounded Warriors Project that you register before September 12th, ideally you should consider registering now if possible just in case they do sell out.

Dear Car Club Members & Car Show Enthusiasts,
We are planning a huge car show event at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA and we’d love to invite your club to participate in this great show. Make it a club outing for a great cause! The ROSE BOWL CAR SHOW & AUTO SWAP MEET event is scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 21, 2014 and is benefiting Wounded Warrior Project. Wounded Warrior Project® (WWP) helps thousands of injured American servicemen and women returning home from the current conflicts and provides assistance to them and their families.
This prestigious event is being produced by a veteran promoter of car shows and events in California for the past 57 years; R.G. Canning Productions, Inc. The event will attract approximately 1000 street rods, musclecars, classics, trucks, sports cars, antiques, exotics, foreign cars and several celebrity vehicles. The car show will also feature various automotive vendor booths, stage entertainment with The Answer in concert, celebrity autograph area, food booths and fun for the whole family. The automotive swap meet section will also attract approximately 700 vendors selling various automotive products, parts and accessories.
I’ve attached a flyer for your review and I encourage your club members to fill it out and return it immediately, as we are getting a great response for this car show. We’d love to have a great display of your club cars!!! We are advertising this event with a substantial radio ad campaign on seven (7) local radio stations and several print magazines, which should draw a great crowd. We are anticipating approximately 15,000-20,000 in attendance. The awards are going to be state-of-the-art billet awards and everyone that pre-registers for the show gets a souvenir event t-shirt.
This car show will be one of the premiere events in Southern California this summer, so I encourage you to get your friends and car club to sign up quickly as space will sell out quickly. If you would like to register online, simply go to: https://rgcshows.com/rosebowlcarshow.aspx and follow the directions under Rose Bowl Car Show tab at top! For your convenience we will also have Saturday move-in available with overnight security inside the Rose Bowl perimeter.
